Zoning amendments

An amendment to Stow zoning regulations will allow manufacturers in the Industrial District to sell their products on site. Manufacturing must be the primary function of the business with sales taking up less than half of the available space at the facility.

Article 54, to extend the town moratorium on recreational marijuana businesses in Stow until the end of the year, passed unanimously. Selectman Thomas Ryan said the delay was necessary to give the town time to “get our stuff together” and plan new zoning regulations for recreational marijuana establishments
