Under its host community agreement with the town, Rise annually will pay a community impact fee of 3% of its gross revenue. The agreement also requires Rise to donate at least $20,000 each year “to public local charities/non-profit organizations in the Town” for “the purpose of marijuana education and prevention programs to promote safe, legal and responsible use” of the drug.
