Articles 25, 26 and 27 would amend zoning and general bylaws to align marijuana-related businesses with current state regulations.

Definitions in Article 25 are included for the following marijuana businesses: independent testing laboratory, establishment, cultivator, retailer, microbusiness, research facility and standards testing laboratory.

Article 26 would allow an independent marijuana testing laboratory in the Campus Development Overlay District under the same conditions as other types of business in that district.
