New England Treatment Access is looking to operate retail pot shops in Northampton and Brookline, where the company has medical marijuana dispensaries. 

The commission in June gave provisional approval to Cultivate, a company that operates a medical marijuana dispensary and is seeking to operate a retail pot shop in Leicester.

On Thursday, the commission did not have any approvals for testing lab licenses on the agenda. Marijuana products must be tested before getting sold.
