That is the question the city council is asking Las Vegas residents.

On June 27, the city is having a workshop on “marijuana social use venues.”

Recreational pot has been legal in Las Vegas since last July, but people can only legally consume marijuana on private property – leaving locals and millions of tourists without a place to legally smoke pot.

It’s still unlawful to consume pot in public places – that includes casinos, hotels, bars, and parks.
