10. The applicant proposed the following programs for its Positive Impact Plan:
a. Conduct annual industry specific educational seminars in Springfield, Holyoke, Amherst, and Greenfield;
b. Provide scholarship opportunities, training, and mentorship for women from areas of disproportionate impact; and
c. Instituting recruiting and training programs that will prioritize the hiring of individuals disproportionately affected areas.

16. The applicant proposed the following programs for its Diversity Plan:
a. Scholarships, business training and mentorships with a focus on women re-entering the workforce;
b. Provide employment opportunities for minorities, veterans, people with disabilities, and people of all gender identities and sexual orientations;
c. Provide a tutoring program for employees who utilize English as a second language in order to promote advancement opportunities; and
d. Participate in job fairs.
