Your donation will help fulfill MRCC’s mission to move in solidarity for racial, healing, & transformative justice through an intersectional framework that centers the people disproportionately harmed by the racially motivated War on Drugs. Donations for this vital work is made possible by the power of everyday people like you.

Is my contribution tax deductible?

The Massachusetts Recreational Consumer Council is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization, so donations are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. If you consider your donations as an ordinary and necessary expense for your business or trade, though, you can deduct them as a business or trade expense.
