The Cannabis Control Commission will continue it’s weekly meeting on Nov. 20th. The Commission will provide a Staffing Update, Staff recommendations on final & provisional licenses, Commission Discussion and Votes on Policy Discussion on Medical Use of Marijuana and Colocation Adult-Use and Medical Use Marijuana Operations + Guidance on Tinctures.

The Commission will subsequently hold an Executive Session to discuss provisional licensees’ qualifications for final licensure, including, but not limited to, the Commission staff’s strategies for reviewing, inspecting, and monitoring the proposed security plans of the Marijuana Establishment and for the marijuana and marijuana products
