The Cannabis Control Commission will continue it’s weekly meeting on Feb 7th. The Commission will provide a License and Registration Applications, Staff Recommendations on Final & Provisional Licenses, Discussion & Votes on Social Equity Program: RFP Update, Program Update and Update to Municipal Guidance.

The Commission will subsequently hold an Executive Session to discuss provisional licensees’ qualifications for final licensure, including, but not limited to, the Commission staff’s strategies for reviewing, inspecting, and monitoring the proposed security plans of the Marijuana Establishment and for the marijuana and marijuana products
