Agent registration applications for all agents, including laboratory agents, require that the proposed agent
(1) attest that they will not engage in the diversion of marijuana products and (2) acknowledge any
limitations on his or her authorization to cultivate, harvest, prepare, package, possess, test, transport, or
dispense marijuana in the Commonwealth. See 935 CMR 500.029; 935 CMR 500.030.
