About Us.

THE MASSACHUSETTS RECREATIONAL CONSUMER COUNCIL (MRCC), continuously works with local and state governmental bodies to support racial justice to ensure the safety and well being of BIPOC communities directly impacted by racism, and healing justice in advocacy of communities disproportionately impacted by the War on Drugs.

MRCC CONDUCTS SUCH PURPOSE WITH ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS AS MAY BE CARRIED OUT BY A NONPROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER THE MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 180 AND UNDER SECTION 501(C)(4) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE CORPORATION WILL NOT ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITY THAT REQUIRES REGISTRATION WITH THE MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH.

Our purpose: Support a solidarity economy that centers the health of our most marginalized communities through public health, public safety, and racial justice education. Understanding the nature of cannabis as a plant psychedelic and dismantling the racist ideology through healing justice programs is a central part of our work. We work to ensure a safe equitable cannabis industry for the health and well being of our communities. Healthy consumers creates healthy communities.
